DOMESTIC (WITHIN US) SHIPPING
We are proud to make every effort to ensure that your package arrives quickly through "FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50" and a $1.99 flat rate on all under $50. In addition to the shipping time, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time when shipping FedEx Ground or USPS.
All packages will automatically be shipped with FedEx Ground or USPS. However, when requested, we also offer the following expedited shipping options within the US:
FedEx Priority Overnight – By 11 AM the next business day
FedEx Standard Overnight – By end of the next business day
FedEx 2Day – By the end of 2 business days
FedEx Express Saver – By the end of 3 business days*
*Service is available to continental 48 states ONLY.
NOTE: We cannot ship to every address – if a package is returned to us because we were supplied with an undeliverable address, the return charges will be at the customer’s expense.
Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FPO Address
We charge actual shipping on international orders. We will not ship an international order until we receive your authorization of the additional charges. Please contact us by email at info@GoodGreenTea.net before placing an international order and advise us (1) the items you wish to purchase, and (2) your shipping address. We will then email you back with the shipping charges and available shipping methods and request your approval of those charges. If we do not receive your approval within 48 hours of when we provide the shipping quote, we will assume you do not approve of the charges and we may cancel the order.
On all international orders, the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees charged by the purchaser's country. Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery time for orders shipped outside the United States because we cannot control the time it takes any order to pass through customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Nevertheless, we understand that sometimes you may not receive what you expected.
If you have any questions about something you received, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order so that we may correct the problem.
If a mistake was made when placing the order, we will do our utmost to accommodate your requested correction. However, shipping and handling for the returned package will not be reimbursed.
If the mistake was on our part, we will correct the problem and reimburse the shipping cost.
Please call or email us with any concerns or questions that you might have so that we can correct the mistake in an expedient manner.
We want you to be satisfied with the products you order from us, and we will gladly exchange or refund items that were purchased within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse you for the extra shipping costs accrued from the return
