ZeDa Hwang Cha/Yellow Tea
ZeDa Hwangcha (yellow tea) is produced only 10kg per year from a very small farm in Sancheong (Jiri mountain) by a teamaster Mr Hong with the unique method ( air dried on a big heated boulder by sunlight instead of on the heated floors).
The dry leaves are so delicate and spindly. Not like other fermented tea, the color is clean and pretty in its amber color. The taste is clean and fresh with rich nutty aroma.
