Payment Options:

Online purchases must be made by using a Paypal service or personal check. All major credit cards are accepted by Paypal service. We charge your credit card at the time when you place an order to provide faster processing and shipping. Orders involving payment by check will be processed once the check has been received.



The price of imported food changes frequently and we do our best to keep our website prices updated and current. However, prices are subject to change without notice. If the current price of an item is more than 10% higher than what is stated on our website, we will contact you before shipping the product.

In Stock/Out of Stock Items:

We make every attempt to have the items on our website in stock at all times and updated in our inventory. But sometimes, due to reasons out of our control, there will be times when an item will not be in stock.

·     Limited Production:

For some of the higher grades of green tea, sometimes we may be out of some of our teas for a period of time because there’s only a limited amount of teas produced each season. As for the tea ware, sometimes the artist simply stops making them.

·     Delayed Shipments:

All of our products originate from Korea so it takes some time for our bigger shipments to arrive to the US.

If we are unable to fulfill your order at all (or if a majority of the items ordered are out-of-stock), we will contact you immediately.

If we are short a small portion of your order, we will ship what we do have in stock and re-calculate your order. If the remaining items are expected to arrive within 1 month, we will keep the missing items on back-order and keep you updated by email.

If the merchandise takes longer than a month to arrive, we will contact you immediately to consult with you regarding your order.


We want you to be happy with your order. Nevertheless, we understand that sometimes you may not receive what you expected.

If you have any questions about something you received, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order so that we may correct the problem.

If a mistake was made when placing the order, we will do our utmost to accommodate your requested correction. However, shipping and handling for the returned package will not be reimbursed.

If the mistake was on our part, we will correct the problem and reimburse the shipping cost.

Please call or email us with any concerns or questions that you might have so that we can correct the mistake in an expedient manner.

We want you to be satisfied with the products you order from us, and we will gladly exchange or refund items that were purchased within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse you for the extra shipping costs accrued from the return
